Schools Connectivity
Built the 2024 schools network connecting over 1,500 schools: 3,000 km of last-mile fiber, 100 km of backbone and a LAN in each school. TEPA now maintains this network and BSC's existing fiber network.

Underground Network
Main contractor, executing about half of KTRN's networks and managing its 5,000 km underground network. Routes include Nyagatare–Gicumbi (80 km), Huye–Nyaruguru (40 km), Ngoma–Bugesera (80 km) and the speed camera project (100 km).
